I heard Bob Kinnear speak in council chambers about the latest report on TTC and he basically said their ideas were simple. He joked the TTC officials were over there smacking their heads asking “Why didn’t we think of this?”
Of course the big item to come out of the report was privatize the TTC in order to make it more efficient and cost-effective. Here is a video the illustrates how very wrong that is.
