Keep TTC Public
I heard Bob Kinnear speak in council chambers about the latest report on TTC and he basically said their ideas were simple. He joked the TTC officials were over there smacking their heads asking “Why didn’t we think of this?”
Of course the big item to come out of…

I absolutely love this song, which samples Imogen Heap. I did a little digging and the name of the song is I’m God by Clams Casino.

Bagpipes on the roof from my back yard
Not entirely sure what the event was, but one of my neighbours performed with bagpipes on his roof behind my apartment.

I had the exact same problem with Bell when I tried to cancel my mobility account. The day of the end of 3 year contract we cancelled and chose Koodo for our new provider. For 3 months prior we would check on how much it would cost us to buy out early. We checked each month to be informed that we would have to pay $20 for each month and then a $100 fee for cancellation. We decided to wait until contract was up. On that day we contacted them to say that we were cancelling and that Koodo would be taking over the old cell phone number. They told us exactly what to do. We followed their advise on how to do it. Two months later I got a bill saying that we were still on contract monthly with them and now owed them 3 months of service. Service mind you, that they never gave us! You have to give them 30 days notice even when you haven't signed a contract with them and you verbally told them you were not continuing with them. They should have known this as well when Koodo notified them that the number was changed to their provider.Bell Aliant didn't even cancel the plan when Koodo notified them, they waited til the next business day to do so , so they could bill me for another month. I have my home phone/internet/cable with them yet, but am looking for a way out of the contract. I no longer want anything to do with this company!
