Barenaked Ladies were actually the first to use popular internet memes in their music video for the song Sound of your Voice

I’m a huge Ladies fan but I can’t help but enjoy this witty parody attacking the quality and catchiness of the song One Week.

Now I can’t get this song out of my mind.

I recently started watching The Big Bang Theory based on the recommendations from several friends. I am still trying to make up my mind on how I feel about the show, whether I really like it or not, but I look forward to the intro every time it comes on.

The intro music is by Barenaked Ladies, one of my favorite bands, and the song the show uses is called The Big Bang Theory.

The lyrics to the intro are:

The Barenaked Ladies are incredibly clever and I never tire of their wit. I thought I’d share the song because until I started watching this show I was unfamiliar with it. I figured there were probably some people out there who would appreciate it as much as I do.
