A co-worker perusing my blog found this and sent it to quickmeme. Almost made me cry laughing.

As Movember winds down

November 30th, 2011

Movember came, and like a man you grew a mustache. Now it is coming to an end and it is time to shave that manly mustache, like a man. Here is some inspiration.

Not entirely sure what the event was, but one of my neighbours performed with bagpipes on his roof behind my apartment.

Movember 30th – Last of the Movember

December 1st, 2010

“Who’s wants a mustache ride?”

Last call.

It’s the end of Movember and what a ride it has been. My Mo’ turned out so much better than I could have ever expected, which is still laughable.

Over the month I had a ton of fun playing this Movember game and trying to get your attention in order to get into your pockets. Here are some of the funner attempts I made:

If those didn’t get your attention I don’t know what will.

At the beginning of the month I decided I would be happy raising $200.

I tried to think outside of the box for ideas to raise money. One thing I thought of was offering sponsored advertising space on GregPike.ca in exchange for good donations for Movember.

Those sponsorships paid off. Combined with valued contributions of my friends and followers I raised $451. That’s more than double my Movember goal.

Thank you all who supported me. Here is a list of donors starting with corporate sponsors.

Once again thank you all for your contributions.
